Elliot Hospital Critical Emergency Power:
15.5 KV Transformer Replacement

This work was done with coordination from Public Service of NH.

Scope of Work:

• De-energize 5KV high voltage disconnect and confirm emergency back up
• Disconnect 24-600 mcm secondary feeders at existing transformer
• Assist PSCO in removing existing transformer and installation of new unit
• Disconnect, remove, and install new high voltage cable from transformer to 5KV switchgear
• Disconnect, remove, and install new high voltage cable from 15 KV transformer to 480v transformer
• Provide 12-1/2" x 6" x 18" solid copper buss bars to extend new transformer stabs
• Reinstall existing lugs
• Provide 24-600 mcm terminations
• Energize new transformer and test
